Phelan, William P. Kearney, William G. Clark (who would later become Chief Justice of the Illinois Supreme Court) and Bernard J. Korzen (former Cook County Treasurer and Commissioner of the Cook County Board of Appeals).

Michael J. Phelan served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Arthur L. Dunne, Chief Judge of the Chancery Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County upon graduation from the IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1993. Armed with an MBA in finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Mr. Phelan has concentrated his practice on assessment law, real estate litigation, estate planning, and corporate law.
